Shipping and Returns

Orders received by www.fabulousophy.com are filled on a first come first serve basis. Merchandise is sometimes located at various warehouse locations and in those cases, must be transferred to our CA shipping warehouse. That often causes a delay between the time that you place your fabulousophy.com order and the time it actually ships regardless of the shipping method you chose.  Please note that orders can take up to 5 business days to leave our warehouse. To confirm the ship date and availability of your order, please call Customer Service at (424) 346-0644.

Domestic Shipping

Fabulousophy and Fabulously Unconventional and fabulousophy.com ships all orders via UPS and USPS when required.

UPS Ground
Delivery to every address in the U.S. 50 states and Puerto Rico.

UPS 2nd Day Air
Delivery to every address in the 50 states (excluding intra-Alaska shipments) and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day.

UPS Next Day Air Overnight delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of the next business day depending on destination.

UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes and does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays

International Shipping

Fabulousophy/Fabulously Unconventional and fabulousophy.com are not responsible for tariffs, duties, or any other charges associated with the importation of goods from fabulousophy.com. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to assess the cost of importing goods to their respective country. This can be done by contacting your local Customs Office

Return to Sender Policy

Fabulousophy/Fabulously Unconventional and fabulousophy.com ship all orders via UPS. If your package is not delivered successfully on the first attempt, UPS will make two more attempts to deliver your package, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that a signature is required for delivery. After a third failed attempt, UPS will hold onto the package for 5 days then return the package(s) to the original sender.

If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will make three attempts to contact you via email. Once you respond, your package will be shipped back to you at your specific direction and billed at the fee indicated by your original order, if any. If it is still within the 14 day return period, you may elect to have your purchase(s) refunded.

In the event that we do not receive a response from you after our third contact attempt, it is our policy to restock the ill returned goods as we cannot store unclaimed packages indefinitely. Please note that unclaimed packages will not be refunded once restocked.

Refused Shipments

If you choose to refuse your shipment from Fabulousophy/Fabulously Unconventional and fabulousophy.com your original shipping fees will not be refunded. If you are an international customer, any associated importing fees accrued during the return shipping process will also be your responsibility and deducted from the cost of the original purchase.

Shipping Policy

Your order will ship within the time period noted on each product page. This means that the products you ordered are scheduled to leave our warehouse in California within that time period. Your products will then be shipped via the shipping service type you requested. Please make sure to allow for both the shipping time period noted on each product page and the actual time in transit. Packages should arrive within 3 to 7 business days if shipped via ground service. Shipments sent via overnight service should arrive by 3 pm the business day following when the order was shipped. 2-day and 3-day express services are also available to certain locations. Transit times may increase if your order is being shipped to a rural address; an address in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto rice; and during holiday seasons.

Fabulousophy/Fabulously Unconventional can’t always guarantee availability of all products. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available or if an item will be delayed in shipping, we will notify you of the situation via email within 48-72 hours. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and, of course, we do not bill you for items that are not available.

Based on product availability, we may split your order into multiple shipments to make sure you get the latest must-haves at your door as quickly as possible. You are not charged any additional shipping fees if your order is sent to you in multiple shipments. If items are sent separately, the shipping cost for your entire order will be allocated over all shipments but not necessarily evenly. This only applies to items ordered together that are assigned the same order number. If you have more than one order open with us, each order is subject to its own shipping costs as quoted on the order confirmation that is emailed to you. We’re sorry, but we cannot combine orders after you have submitted the order on our website.

Track Your Order

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You may contact us at: customerservice@fabulousphy.com to obtain a duplicate.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns

Fabulousophy/Fabulously Unconventional will accept returns on all full priced merchandise only.  All returns must be sent back with price tags attached, free of stains, cigarette smoke, pet hair, and in sellable condition; Item(s) must not have been worn, altered or washed. To receive a full refund for your Item(s) they must be returned to Fabulousophy/Fabulously Unconventional Inc.postmarked within 14 days of receiving the product, no exceptions. Before returning the item(s), you must email fabulousophy.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please send all returns along with a copy of the original invoice detailing the reason for the return and note your RA# on both the invoice and return packaging.

If you send the item back without receiving a RA# or after the 14 day deadline, you will not be credited for your purchase and fabulousophy.com will not be held responsible for returning the item to you. By receiving the RA#, it is not guaranteed that you will receive a refund if your item does not meet the return qualifications listed above.

Please ship your return with the shipping company of your choice. Be sure to insure your package and retain the tracking number. Fabulousophy/Fabulously Unconventional is not responsible for lost or damaged packages en route to us without proof of delivery.   The card used for your original order will be credited within 2 weeks for the order total minus shipping expenses, if any.

Sale items, jewelry, hats, handbags, intimates and accessories are final sales and not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

All regularly priced items are eligible for exchange. This excludes handbags and diaper bags purchased at full price. All sale items, jewelry, hats, accessories, and intimates are final sale. Exchanges will not be granted for these items. To exchange an item, please obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) by contacting customerservice@fabulousophy.com.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that your top choices will be in stock by the time we receive your package. For faster delivery we recommend placing a new order and returning your item as explained above under Returns. This will ensure that your selected item(s) gets to you faster and will increase the chances that it will be in stock.
